Noisy Neighbours?

Stockport County play their fifth preseason friendly tomorrow against our 'noisy neighbours' Manchester City. Lots have changed in the last five years with County no longer in the The Football League and Manchester City winning the league, whether they bought it or not credit is given where it is due.

The last time County met City was in 2008 when there was a 2-2 draw at EP with Anthony Pilkington and Peter Thompson scoring the goals for The Hatters. County look forward to hosting the 'best' team in England tomorrow as Jim has a full squad to choose from as striker Tom Collins rejoined the squad following his injury against Lancaster. County's new signing Jordan Fagbola will be looking to brake into the side tomorrow to they and determine his place in the squad for the year ahead.

I am not too sure if any one knows the Manchester City XI that will turn up tomorrow at EP with many big name stars being left out of the trip to America it asks the questions over who will turn up to face The Hatters. Players like Michael Johnson and Emmanuel Adebayor have not travelled to The USA so will they be included? TIme will tell.

In all fairness I can see The Noisy Neighbours turning up with a youth team something of which beat County 8-0 in a friendly behind closed doors in the later part of last season.
